Owners have built 4 feet into alleyway. Concrete slabs and metal post placed around encroachment forces vehicles into fence opposite side of alley Way.

At the time of inspection, no materials or structures were found to be obstructing vehicular traffic within the alley. The travel way remains open and passable, and no narrowing was observed that would impede standard vehicle access. Based on current field conditions, no right-of-way violation was identified.
