    I have spoken directly with the company listed on the portable toilet (Pryor). They have advised that the unit will be picked up post haste. We will monitor the location to ensure removal occurs promptly. In addition, we are verifying whether the steel plate is associated with ongoing or recently completed utility work to confirm the responsible party and anticipated restoration timeline.
