Description
The alley next to 1511 Custer St was damaged during water pipe repair a while back. Alley was somewhat fixed but now the ice/snow and heavy vehicle (trash and recycling truck) have created multiple potholes with sitting water and area with no gravel. The alley overall is uneven and create a safety hazard especially at night. I've seen older people falling while trying to move the trash bin on the uneven ground.
