Description
Outside Belmont Library there are multiple bushes of Nandina domestia, or “heavenly bamboo”. This invasive species poisons cedar waxwings. A public institution like a library in Richmond should not have vegatation planted up around it that kills local bird species. This should all be removed and planted with any other type of vegetation
