Description
my home is on the corner of Hanover & Robinson. A significant portion of the sidewalk in front of our back patio fence (the sidewalk facing Robinson) is caving inward, causing pooling of water in this large area. This past winter, the pool of water froze, causing significant risk for falls. When it rains, the pooling of the water prevents use of the sidewalk; pedestrians have to veer towards the road to avoid walking through the large puddle. Also, walking out of our fence gate is difficult
