- Staff · February 27, 2026DPW conducted a field visit and confirmed that boxes and traffic cones were placed within the pedestrian walkway area. The materials appear to be associated with occupant activity; however, the condition does impact sidewalk accessibility. The matter has been coordinated with the Department of Planning and Development Review (Property Maintenance Code Enforcement) and has been reassigned to the appropriate inspector for the precinct in which the property is located. Their office will evaluate and rectify the condition to determine whether a violation exists and whether enforcement action is warranted. We will continue to monitor the case and ensure proper follow-up. If you observe that the obstruction remains or worsens, please feel free to notify us.
