While the complaint was initially associated with 301 Overbrook Road, the actual condition was identified at the 2400 block of Fendall Avenue via West Graham Road. During the inspection, a pile of mulch/debris was observed obstructing the sidewalk. Based on the findings, the matter has been referred to the appropriate City department for evaluation and removal.
