My last request: DPW000226181 Response from RVA on 2/20: Your RVA311 incident address is 5200 Tilford Road so I assume you want traffic calming on Tilford Rd. The average speed on Tilford Rd measured 13mph in the 25mph zone. Speed tables are not currently planned. (Please send another RVA311 request if I have the wrong street of concern.) I was talking about boroughbridge rd not tilford rd, thanks!!
