Description
So tired of aggressive drivers. Speeding and weaving around traffic. School Zone with flashing lights means NOTHING to these drivers, much less and traffic sign.

From a speeding standpoint the sampled average speeds in this area on Jahnke Rd between St John’s Wood Dr and Westover Gardens Blvd are 37mph in a posted 35mph speed zone. I sent your RVA311 request to the Richmond Police Department about enforcement.
