Description
A growing pothole is forming in a large road repair. There is a large asphalt patch in the right lane of Chamberlayne Pkwy followed by a smaller one just a few feet further south. The pothole is in the first large patch and is at the north end of the patch (so cars would hit it first from the normal road surface before bouncing back onto the patch).
