Description
This is located at a speed bump and in front of a handicap spot. It is a danger to the resident living at 307 W 25th due to her handicap. The road is rosing right in front of her walkway and damage extends to the large pothole appearing at the base of the speed bump beside her car. Please help Ms Brandon.
