Description
This is the 2nd time my trash can has been stolen. It was placed in the alley way for trash pickup on Monday, 02/16/2026, for Tuesday pickup for 02/17/2026 and it was still there Tuesday when I returned home, still full of trash and never picked up. I left it to see if the city will pick up on Wednesday and this afternoon came back and the trash can was missing again. Why does this keep on happening??
