Description
There is a huge, dead limb, approximately 6" thick, hanging on other branches in the tree over top of parked cars. When it eventually falls out of the tree, it could injure or kill someone. The tree is between the City sidewalk and the curb on the property line between 1207 and 1209 Porter.
