A Right of Way Senior Inspector conducted a site visit this morning in response to your complaint. At the time of inspection, there was no evidence of a trailer or any other obstruction within the alley. The inspector also confirmed that both the pedestrian path (sidewalk) and the vehicular travel way (alley) were clear and unobstructed. Because site conditions can change, we encourage you to contact us if the issue reoccurs. If possible, please provide photographs and the approximate date and time when the obstruction is observed. This information greatly assists us in verifying conditions and taking appropriate action. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
