Description

This traffic light NEEDS left turn signs. It is impossible to see to safely turn and with the SPEEDING Issue along Jahnke Road it is very unsafe. There have been crashes and many near misses. This has reported/requested numerous times. See this photo. There was a giant pickup coming in that left lane. WTH, Richmond City?
