Description
W 24th st was poorly repaved in 2023, asphalt thickness on 1" or less with no substrate, asphalt laid directly on clay, street began buckling within months of resurfacing, recent freeze event has accelerated its decomposition resulting in exposed clay as thin asphalt layer cracks away (see attached photos)
