Description
Public gravel alley behind 2904 northumberland avenue has severe rutting and surface failure following heavy construction vehicle traffic in alley for the property at 2903 Brook Road. Deep ruts are holding standing water and creating unsafe driving conditions. Request inspection and regrading with gravel.
