Description

I fell on this raised panel. The crack makes it look like this has been exposed for a really long time. This is not a new problem. Ironically, the cone that is placed there is also broken and does not stop people from walking on that sidewalk. The sidewalk is also next to the library, which is a heavily used public service. I had to go to the urgent care and get stitches because of my fall. As a disabled person, I should not have to risk my life and limb to enjoy public services. Unacceptable.
