Description
The computer system is not allowing for the exact location, The actually location is Flynn Road, 23225. There are approximately 30 tires dumped and piles of garbage all along the city roadway on the apartment complex side of the road, the other side of the road is the Chippenham. Also along the same stretch of road you find old chairs and other debris. This is an ongoing problem that has nothing to do with the recent winter storms. Thank you!
