Description
Northrop Street is a short dead end street with young children that play outside often. Cars often come down the street, turn around and leave, often going too fast. Neighbors think that folks turning from right lane of Roanoke can't see the sign. Bushy crepe myrtle (either on city property or church property) blocks the view. Yellow mark on image where the sign is. Sign is still blocked by shrub as of 03/07/26. Nothing has been done.
