Not sure where to report this, fire hydrant with ruptured collar and may break at any time but seems like its been this way for some time.

    Thank you for contacting the City of Richmond regarding the condition of the fire hydrant near 3033 Park Ave. A field inspection has been completed. While no active leaks were observed at the time of the site visit, the hydrant does show visible signs of exterior rusting and deterioration. As a result, the concern is being forwarded to the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) for further evaluation and any necessary maintenance or corrective action.
