Description
The timing of the traffic signals at this intersection is WAY off. When turning N or S onto Hermitage Rd. from Bellevue Ave, the green light only stays green for MAYBE 7-8 sec, barely enough time to let MAYBE 4 cars onto Hermitage before turning red. In addition, the amount of time the red light stays on for anyone turning onto Hermitage from Bellevue is EXTREMELY excessive and unnecessary. The green light time needs to be doubled at a minimum, and the red light time needs to be HEAVILY reduced.
