Description
The recent ice storm ruptured an approximately 40' length of Stonewall Ave where the road had been trenched (and then patched) as part of ongoing sub-grade utility work. Now the trench has essentially re-opened, exposing the soft dirt, now mud, used to fill it after the utility work was complete. This trench is becoming deeper by the day and its just a matter of time before it becomes a dangerous rut.
