Description

THERE IS DOG FECES AT THE TOP OF NEW KENT AND HILLCREST AND ON 28TH HEADING TOWARDS STONEWALL. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH TRASH COLLECTION. I WITNESSED YOUR TRASH COLLECTORS JUST SWEEPING TRASH THAT HAS FALLEN OFF THE TRUCK OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. RECALIBRATE YOUR TRUCKS AND TELL YOUR STAFF TO DO THEIR JOBS, WHICH IS TO COLLECT AND DISPOSE OF WASTE NOT LEAVE IT IN THE STREETS FOR CARS TO TRACK AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD OR RESIDENTS TO STEP IN. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
