Description
A small tree fell on the power line on 44th St (near 4310 Hillcrest Rd which is my residence). Dominion came and removed tree from line; however, they left the debris in the road. Dominion said Richmond is responsible for removing the debris. The tree was not on residential property instead close to the road on city property.
