Description
The city needs to maintain the ornamental grasses that they installed in the median from the intersection with Powhite Parkway to the intersection at Stratford Hills Shopping Center. The ornamental grasses are an eyesore, as the variety is intended to be mowed down once a year and NOW is the time- February- before new growth emerges. Understand the snow must melt first but this should be completed to keep Richmond beautiful.
