citizen is requesting a call states he called the RPF and zoning multiple times to no avail 2101 Williamsburg Rd, Richmond, VA 23231 Vehicles must stop parking in the travel lane in front of the store. It’s a travel lane. They have a parking lot. This is a very persistent problem, and the ever increasing traffic on Williamsburg road is making g the problem Much worse.
