Description
Meredith St is a one-way road that has no signage designating which side of the road is "no parking" in violation of § 46.2-889, which requires the a one-way street to designate parking on either the left OR right side. "no parking" signs do not exist on either side of Meredith St, and as a result, citizens and guests are parking on both sides, creating traffic hazard.
