Description
While picking up a pile of trimmed walnut limbs left behind by Dominion, the mechanical arm of a City refuse collection truck damaged the asphalt of the adjacent driveway in the alley. Looks like no damage was done to the subsurface so it would likely just be an asphalt patch.
