Description

There is over 2 weeks of trash and debris in our alleyway that has not been picked up (Tilden and 3200 block of Park Ave). We cant even close our bin at this point and now there is excessive trash, litter and debris which is now being rained on. PLEASE pick up, we have NOWHERE to put our trash!
