Description
The city needs to put down sand/ ice melt and scrape the ice on Duryea Place. There has been 4 vehicles accidents and one pedestrian that fell on her head. No one getting mail or trash removal. This is extremely dangerously safety concern. Emergency responses would have a very difficult time getting up Duryea place. Vehicles are still in the ditch off Duryea Place. Year after year and the Richmond city doesn't clear Duryea Place very frustrating, picture taken February 2, 2026
