Description
The snow plows created an ice moat around everyone’s cars on monument. There is still ice and snow on the sidewalks too. There are single family homes and apartments in this area of monument but the apartment dwellers don’t have shovels to clear the ice on the roads caused by the plows. The ice is still in the majority of the road leaving nowhere for cars to park except in towing areas
