    The interchange of Chippenham Parkway and Stony Point Parkway met the current design standards at the time of road plan development many years ago. Design changes are capital improvements, and any changes to this interchange is not in the adopted FY26 City Budget. Send another RVA311 request if your request is not design related at this interchange.
