Description
The city needs to put down sand/ ice melt and scrape the ice on Duryea Place. There has been 4 vehicles accidents and one pedestrian that fell on her head. No one getting mail or trash removal. This is extremely dangerously safety concern. Emergency responses would have a very difficult time getting up Duryea place. Vehicles are still in the ditch off Duryea Place. Year after year and the Richmond city doesn't clear Duryea Place very frustrating
