Description
The garbage has not been collected this week due to the unsafe driving conditions in the alley behind our home due to dangerous ice & snow that has not been removed. Also, please repave our ENTIRE alleyway. The potholes are damaging our tires & alignment on our cars & the city of richmond refuses to pay for our repairs. My city council representative is Councilwomen Lynch in the 5th district. I will be sending this request to her as well.
