Description
Following up on DPW000183622; this was closed as not requiring action because the cross walk lines are visible. I'm looking for more than that for the children crossing over to LHJ Elementary from City Stadium neighborhood. The new speed bumps help, but it's still not enough with people entering and exiting the highway.

- Staff · February 9, 2026Improvements such as flashing lights at the intersection of McCloy St and Maplewood Ave are capital improvements and not in the adopted FY26 City Budget. DMV crash records for the latest nine years (1.1.17-12.31.25) did not show any reported pedestrian crashes at McCloy St and Maplewood Ave. Crosswalks are currently provided.
