Description
Since the snow has fell, no one has paved the street. Our business has lost a week of revenue mainly due to the fact that Richmond plows did not come to our area. Still has not. We can not contract workers to clean our lot to run our business because city of Richmond has done nothing. It is dangerous and the livelihood of the people who relay on a paycheck to support the city of Richmond can not work
