Description
The alley is pure ice, hasn't been cleared at all and residents cars are getting stuck in the divets created by people driving through. It's not safe for people living in the buildings at 3 w 14th st and 1317 hull st to walk or park their cars. The property mgmt companies (Monroe and Legend) say it's the city's problem and won't treat the walk way or the alley.
