Description
Hioaks has not been treated at all. We observed city trucks treating the surrounding neighborhood today at approximately 1:45 PM; however, Hioaks was skipped. Due to the multiple uphill and downhill grades on this dead-end street, vehicles have been slipping and are often unable to make it uphill without assistance or towing. Separately, Boulder Creek Apartments pushed plowed snow into the roadway at the stop sign at Hioaks & Old Jahnke Road.
