Description
The roads were only partially sanded in our neighborhood. W 44th between Smithdeal and Hillcrest Rd. and Hillcrest between 44th and 43rd street were skipped! It is an ice rink, some neighbors still can't get out, and there have been 2 trucks and 1 car stuck and mail truck slid into a car. Please take care of this ASAP
