Description
We need salt and or sand on Patsy Ann Drive before this next snow storm. Is a shame that my husband and all my neighbors are outside with ax picks and shovels trying to break up the 3 to 4 inch ice on the roads so the cars can get some traction to get to out. Apparently the truck came down the top half of the street which is level and then turned around so not getting to the hill portion of the street going down to the culdesac. We are struggling here. Please provide some assistance.
