Description
On the 1100 block of S. Lombardy St. Richmond, VA 23220, the road has been covered with ICE for four days after the storm, with no physical evidence that salt and or sand has been applied to help remedy the extreme, hazardous and dangerous conditions, can something be done to help us before the next storm arrive before the weekend? 90% of the people, I believe on this block work, I'm just asking for help before it. gets worse!
