Description
Ice rink everywhere. Stonewall is a hilly street and goes substantially uphill between 28 and 29. Impossible to drive and significant safety concern for those who try. Also impossible for pedestrians to cross street as nothing but ice, so impossible to even walk to Semmes to take public transit. Have had to cancel doctor’s appointments, cannot go anywhere
