Description
Could the street along Battery Park, get some sand drop. This is a steep hill that cars are constantly getting stuck due the recent ice storm, if it's not taking care of before sat, which the weather man is calling for addition snow. This will be extreme dangerous not only for the resident, but also for first respond.
