Description
The intersection at Garrett & Carrolton in the Carillon neighborhood is a sheet of ive in a slight incline, and is a dead end street. Some residents are unable to get out of the neighborhood and delivery drivers are frequently getting stuck on the ice. Our streets have not been treated or scraped at all. Con someone come down and treat that intersection please? Thanks.
