Description
Intersection of W. Weyburn and Elm in at base of hill. Unsafe with untreated ice for cars to stop. Also, same concern for Elm Rd from W.Weyburn and Huguenot, which is on an incline. Need sand application to enable cars to stop for intersection and safely go up/down this small (1 block) hilly neighborhood access point to Huguenot Rd
