Description

Woodland Heights streets, specifically New Kent Avenue, are solid ice with glazed surfaces all over where ice has partially melted and refrozen. Application of abrasive materials {sand} and melting agents is needed. This and other neighborhood streets will be dangerous for most vehicles to travel for some time if not treated soon.
