Description
Sidewalks need to be done after snowstorm. They are NEVER clear per times specified in the city ordinances. Currently, 48 hours after the storm, they have not been touched. Old general assembly building

The City is currently continuing snow and ice response operations following the recent storm. During this time, crews are prioritizing emergency routes, critical infrastructure, and public safety needs citywide. As a result, sidewalk inspections and maintenance may occur on a delayed schedule. Your report has been received and documented, and the location has been flagged for review. City staff will address the sidewalk conditions as resources and weather conditions allow. We appreciate your patience and understanding as crews work through storm-related impacts across Richmond.
