Description
hello the road conditions as you all know are very icy and dangerous. My and I have lived on Rawlings for the past 12 years and we are in shocked that the roads are not cleared. This is a Richmond city bus route and typically the roads are cleared right away. The Henrico side been already cleared. There have been multiple cars getting stuck, spinning tires, and car crashed into. Please try to get to this street asap thanks
