Description

Woodland Heights streets are solid ice. The steep hill on West 30th Street between Springhill and New Kent has a glazed surface where ice has partially melted and refrozen. Application of abrasive materials {sand} and melting agents is needed. This and other neighborhood streets will be impassable to vehicles without studded tires for a week if not treated soon.
